Welcome to Habit-Tracker! This web app helps you build healthy micro-habits like drinking water, stretching, and taking eye breaks. You’ll receive reminders and notifications to help keep you on track.

Installation Steps:
- Go to the Releases Page
- Click on the link above to be taken to the releases page.
- Choose the Latest Version
- You will see a list of versions. Look for the latest version at the top.
- Download the File
- Click on the asset link for your operating system. This may be a
.zip or .exe file.
- Extract the Files (if needed)
- If you downloaded a
.zip file, right-click on it and select “Extract All.” Follow the prompts to extract the files to a folder.
- Run the Application
- Find the extracted folder and look for the application file. Double-click it to start Habit-Tracker.
🔧 System Requirements
Habit-Tracker works on most modern systems. Here’s what you need:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later, macOS 10.13 or later, or Linux (latest version recommended).
- Browser: Habit-Tracker runs best in Chrome or Firefox.
- Memory: At least 2 GB of RAM.
- Storage: A minimum of 100 MB of free space.

🛠️ Usage Instructions
Once you have downloaded and installed Habit-Tracker, follow these steps to get started:

Launch Habit-Tracker: Open the application you downloaded.
- Set Up Your First Habit:
- Click on the “Add Habit” button.
- Enter the name of your habit, for example, “Drink Water.”
- Choose a reminder interval.
- Activate Reminders:
- Toggle the switch to start receiving notifications for your habit.
- You can pause notifications any time by using the same switch.
- Track Your Progress:
- Each time you complete your habit, check the box next to the reminder.
- At the end of the day, view how many reminders you accomplished.
- Adjust Settings:
- Explore the settings menu for options to customize notifications and sounds.
